A passionate advocate for vocational learning, Rachel sits at the heart of Cogent's work at a national policy level and uses her experience, expertise and in-depth knowledge of the apprenticeship landscape to support clients across the science sector. With a wide and varied career as a former Apprentice and Apprenticeship Assessor, she has worked for Colleges, Training Providers, Employer providers and a Trade Association. Rachel provides advice and guidance to members of the Science Industry Partnership on how apprenticeship policy impacts their people development plans.
