Apologies for our silence the past few months.
Due to restrictions in SIAS being able to assess apprentices on-site, our team have been working hard to successfully migrate our End-Point Assessment service online during COVID-19.
By utilising the latest video conferencing software along with added preparation and planning, we are happy to confirm that 10 assessments for L5/L6 apprentices have now happened by video call.
The positive feedback from apprentices, employers and our assessors about our first ‘virtual’ assessments have provided us with a strong motive to move things forward during these unusual times.
We’d like to thank the apprentices and employers who have cooperated with us in making sure their assessments ran smoothly and on the date that was originally scheduled.
