Head of Quality & Business Improvement

Dan joined SIAS in September 2021 and Head of Quality and Business Improvement and is responsible for maintaining quality standards within SIAS and implementing changes and improvements to drive performance and improve the experience offered to our customers. Dan has worked within the end point assessment sector since 2017 and within the further education sector since 2011.

Dan has a focus on quality and previous experience of working within an Ofqual regulated awarding organisation. Dan believes in creating strong relationships with customers and working together to drive performance and improvements
