Denise Bentley

HR & Payroll Manager

Denise started working with Cogent Skills in 2011 as a Payroll Administrator. She has since progressed to become Cogent’s HR & Payroll Manager. Denise enjoys getting to know all the apprentices and graduates that Cogent take on, of which there are currently around 250. Denise also enjoys knowing that she plays a part in supporting them at the start of their career. Denise is the first person to welcome new starters and is the first port-of-call for any HR or payroll related queries.
