Lisa Andrews
Head of Operations
Lisa joined SIAS in August 2021 as Head of Operations and is responsible for the overall successful operation and delivery of end point assessments. Lisa started off her own career as an engineering apprentice leading to early roles in the oil and manufacturing sector working practically across industry.
Progressing into more senior positions Lisa lead the Apprenticeship program for Shell UK and subsequently Essar Oil UK, before transitioning into the world of Skills and Training provision by heading up the Data Apprenticeship Academy for global training provider Avado.
Bringing a deep experience and knowledge of industry to SIAS, Lisa really understands the opportunities, challenges and needs of the sector - putting the needs of our Employer and Provider partners at the heart of her approach, Lisa is always striving to continuously improve service delivery and the overall quality of End Point Assessment.
