I’m the Course Delivery Coordinator at Cogent. My role requires me to be a master of all trades.
I’m not from a training or L&D background. I started my career quite humbly flipping burgers. I quickly transitioned into insurance, where I would be the one who would help handle your crisis. From there, I moved into logistics and warehouse management before finally joining Cogent.
For me, it’s not what you do, it’s who you do it with. Everyone can find the perfect job. It’s finding the perfect job with the perfect people. This is what Cogent offers. There are challenges, but what family doesn’t have them.
Me, I’m a Sci-Fi geek. If it’s science fiction, I am bound to like it. Always discovering new books and films. Don’t ask me to choose between Star Wars and Star Trek, both are as good as each other. Though I am waiting for my Obi-Wan Kenobi and older Luke Skywalker costumes. My key phrases outside of work are “I have a bad feeling about this” and “Hello There”.
