Tony is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers with a distinguished career in major hazard industries, including leadership roles at Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI), Huntsman, Rhodia (now Solvay), BOC, and Croda International.
Tony has built a reputation for excellence across engineering, operations, and safety, health and environment (SHE) management, with a particular strength in integrating safety principles into leadership frameworks.
At Croda International, Tony served as Group Safety, Health and Environment Director before expanding his remit to encompass Group Quality. He then transitioned into the role of Managing Director of Operations for Croda’s global Pharma business, driving strategic performance and operational excellence in a tightly regulated sector.
Tony's enduring passion lies in leveraging process and occupational safety as powerful mechanisms for enhancing leadership at all levels—elevating decision-making, accountability, and overall business performance.
