JOB DESCRIPTION
Main duties include:
- Project Management: Oversight and contributing to global projects which define and streamline essential business processes to increase efficiency and reduce time.
- Project Leads: Leading and presenting in meetings to share innovative ideas and strategies which will enhance the implementation of new or revised processes that are driven by internal and external guidelines.
- Global Projects: Executing partnership with colleagues from China, US, India or other regulatory hub to assist in ensuring the success of a broad variety of global or regional initiatives, projects and business solutions.
- Process re-engineering: Accountability for process development, decision making, and change management.
- Communication and Change Management: Developing and maintaining instructional documents, procedures and guidelines to lead our state of continuous improvements.
- Stakeholder Management: Identify and build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Risk management: Identify project risks and issues, assess impact of risks and issues on project timelines and deliverables. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimise impact to projects.
- Business Management: Support the development of budget and headcount analytics in addition to key performance indicators to support business decision making.
