The review is considering how to refresh curriculum and assessment frameworks to ensure they are fit for the future, in a rapidly changing world – with special attention given to supporting children and young people who are from socioeconomically disadvantaged backgrounds, those with a special educational need or disability (SEND) and those who are otherwise vulnerable.
We would like to hear the views of both employers and younger people who can share their experiences. Key topics of discussion will include:
- critical knowledge and skills requirements for our industries
- the importance of maths, English and soft skills in the workplace.
- careers advice/development in the education system
- T Levels, BTECs and their place in further education
- employability skills in the 2020s and beyond.
