The Industry Skills Accelerator is a national programme funded by Innovate UK and delivered with Cogent Skills, Cell and Gene Therapy Catapult and CPI. It supports employers with practical training and skills development.
The programme focuses on areas such as advanced therapies, digital capability and manufacturing skills. It is helping to close gaps in workforce readiness while creating new training opportunities and apprenticeship routes.
