Employer led, the NSSG provides ‘one voice’ to Government on skills in our sector and represents industry coming together to resolve the most critical skills issues.
Cogent Skills collaborated with the UK Petroleum Industry Association (UKPIA) to provide insight into the future skills needed for the downstream sector. The analysis comes at a significant time for the UK downstream sector, as the industry takes steps towards a low carbon future. Continued progress is only possible with access to the right skills needed for transformation.Â
