Cogent have an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing & Engineering Assessor to undertake effective workplace assessment, coaching and progress reviews for apprentices undertaking Engineering and Manufacturing apprenticeship standards. The role will support apprentices to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to successfully complete their apprenticeship and progress through to End Point Assessment.
The postholder will work closely with employers and curriculum teams to ensure apprentices receive a high-quality learning experience, remain on track with planned progress and achieve timely success.
This role will primarily support apprentices on the following apprenticeship standards:
