National Apprenticeship Week is an annual event created to recognise and celebrate apprenticeship success stories across the country.
National Apprenticeship Week 2020 will take place from 3 to 9 February this year. For the first time the week has been extended to include the weekend, giving the entire apprenticeship community more opportunity to get involved with activities.
The 13th annual National Apprenticeship Week will promote the ‘Look Beyond’ theme to celebrate the diversity and value that apprenticeships bring to employers, apprentices and communities across England. From highlighting the breadth of industries and roles available to the talent and energy apprentices bring into the workplace.
To get involved in the conversation, whether you have questions to ask or want to share your experience, follow #AskAnApprentice or #AskAnEmployer on Twitter:
- Apprentices and past apprentices take part in #AskAnApprentice – Wednesday 5 February from 12 noon until 2pm
- Employers take part in #AskAnEmployer – Thursday 6 February from 12 noon until 2pm.Â
Don’t forget to use this years’ official hashtags #NAW2020 and #LookBeyond in all your social media posts!
