About the Course
This course will cover the identification, evaluation and prevention of accidents and incidents, as a direct result of failures in equipment, processes and procedures.
The course is aimed at managers, supervisors, designers, safety personnel, and senior contract employees. It is also suitable for young engineers and anyone who would like to develop a more detailed understanding of process safety management.
Course Duration – 2 Day
How is it delivered?
The training will be delivered over 2 days through interactive blended learning on an e-learning platform for groups of up to 12 delegates. For individuals or smaller groups we run open courses across the UK. All delegates are registered for an on-line self-assessment designed to reinforce their knowledge and understanding of process safety management and will be given exclusive access to a suite of video case studies designed to reinforce the learning for up to three years.
The course is delivered by highly experienced Cogent Assured Training Providers. A combination of presentations, case studies and discussions are used to illustrate interpretations of process safety management requirements and demonstrate ways to develop and monitor an effective process safety programme.
This course can also be delivered via a face to face in-house or open course.
