Cogent Skills have now released a 2020 inclusion calendar

The calendar has been designed to help highlight cultural, religious and diversity based events throughout the year in order to raise awareness and promote inclusivity.

Angela Webster, Cogent Skills HR Director said

We work in a diverse environment and it is important that we take time to understand and celebrate key dates that may be important to our colleagues and learners. To help aide interest and understanding, I am delighted we have released our inclusion calendar for 2020.

 

This calendar details lots of important events throughout the year along with providing you with further information on some of these special days. We will be asking colleagues and learners to provide us more information on these important days and I would ask all of you to take the time to read these accounts as they are published and to show your support.
