Following careful consideration of the current course of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we will not be travelling to, hosting or attending external meetings.

We have made this decision in the interests of the health and wellbeing of our staff and partners and following the advice of the NHS, and the response of Government to move into “delay phase”.

As the pandemic unfolds, the importance of partnerships will become ever more apparent and we remain absolutely committed to working with all our customers to ensure their apprenticeship and graduate ambitions are achieved. We remain very much open for business and we will continue to conduct as much of our work as we can remotely and continue to provide you with a full range of services and advice.

Please note the following:

Recruitment: the recruitment team is still working hard to support both employers and candidates – we do not want anyone to miss an opportunity due to the pandemic and are carrying on using remote methods.

Training delivery:  much of the delivery we undertake is a blend of face-to-face and online. Under the circumstances, the only change we will be making is to conduct face-to-face training by phone or Skype type facilities where possible.

Your Skills Account Manager or usual Cogent Skills contact will keep in touch with you and we will keep the situation under review and update you if there are any further changes.
