This event highlights how life science companies can actively engage in career outreach and equality, diversity, and inclusion (ED&I) with young people and grow future skills through practical programmes like supported internships and careers outreach initiatives by leveraging resources such as the Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) and supported internships.   

Attendees will be asked to participate in discussions on how they currently engage with young talent and ensure ED&I in their workforce while exploring new ways to overcome barriers and improve diversity.
