Overview
Incident Management is the process of managing the life cycle of all incidents with the objective of ensuring smooth business operations with minimal to no downtime. The Incident Management Awareness Course is designed to inspire and train employees and professionals to understand the impact of incidents on businesses better. This course serves as an introduction for those who are new to Site Incident Management and as a refresher for those who are already involved in Site Incident Management. It’s suitable for all hazardous industry sites, including CoMAH.

Topics include Major Incident Management, Communication, METHANE, On-site / Off-site Response, and more.
Our curriculum is developed based on your emergency response plans and procedures to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to deal with various emergency situations, make sound decisions and take appropriate actions to ensure safety.
Our aim is to inspire participants to become leaders in emergency management and empower them to become agents of positive change in emergency situations.

Assessment
Upon successful completion of the course, candidates will be required to take an online assessment to obtain their certification. The link to access the assessment will be provided four weeks after the course date, and candidates will have a three-week window from the date of issuance to complete the assessment.
