Your own internal training lead/ in house resource, who will be trained and provided with all content to deliver the 12-hour modular course to your operators under license.
2 Day Course
The PSMO Licence to Train will give you and your business the tools and techniques to deliver in-house process safety training to the industry standard* for your operators, maintenance technicians and long-term contractors.
Before starting the PSM training, the company’s focus was on the shift from personal safety to process safety. Following the training we have improved our process safety culture and performance through enhancing personal safety with process safety. Cogent Skills played a central role throughout, and the fact the programme is developed by peer companies is very valuable. The participants noted it was the most relevant training they had ever been on.
