Fay joins the company with a range of experience including more than six years at the University of Hull as its Faculty Director of Business Engagement and Enterprise – Health Sciences.
As Head of Skills – Life Sciences, Fay will lead on the work of the Science Industry Partnership (SIP) in bringing together employers and stakeholders across the life sciences industry, to identify their skills needs and make the case to government for greater support in helping deliver a life sciences workforce of the future.
Warrington-based Cogent Skills is the leading skills body for the UK’s science and technology sectors. Cogent is an employer-led charity, offering a diverse range of market-leading skills services to help businesses ensure they have a workforce fit for the future.
