If you would like to join the revision group, want to be kept up to date with the apprenticeship’s development, or would like to find out more please contact: [email protected]
We are seeking revision group members, including:
- subject matter experts from employers' representative of those who will use the apprenticeship
- apprentices currently on-programme or who have completed the apprenticeship
- training providers with an interest in the apprenticeship
We are holding an introduction meeting at 2-3pm, Monday 10 November on Teams for anyone interested in joining the group. Working group meetings will be held on Teams starting in November.
As a member of the group, you will provide expert input on the content of the occupational standard which will form the basis of apprentices’ training. This includes duties that someone in the occupation typically undertakes, and the knowledge, skills and behaviours (KSBs) needed to undertake these duties.
No prior experience of apprenticeships or apprenticeship development is required and lots of support will be on-hand throughout the process.
By being a member of the revision group, you get to influence the training of future clinical trials specialists and have an opportunity to network with other professionals in your sector. Cogent Skills is delighted to be supporting Skills England with this work, along with Kent University and Northeastern University London who are already delivering the apprenticeship.
