Qualification Requirements
Recently completed, a BSc / BA, or in the process of completing a MBA, MA, MS, MPH in Economics, Epidemiology, Public Health, Pharmacy, Health Outcomes Research, Health Services Research, or other market access related degree.
Salary – £27,000 per annum

Job Description
The Patient Access & Value Internship Programme at Jazz will immerse the intern in hands-on experience and showcase the operations of the Market Access, Pricing, Health Economics / Outcomes Research and Portfolio Strategy teams in a mid-sized pharmaceutical company.
The intern will work on meaningful projects that contribute to Jazz’s promise to protect the lives and health of patients around the world. Apart from making an impact, the candidate will be developed personally and professionally while cultivating meaningful relationships. The intern will also have the opportunity to participate in a structured mentorship, community service and team-building activities.
Essential Functions
This role will contribute to specific projects as defined by the Patient Access & Value (PAV) team. This may include:
- Pricing and market access support for product ahead of pricing and reimbursement submission
- Generation of evidence and stakeholder-facing materials that support development of future products
- Partnering with global, regional and local teams to gain alignment on product-specific pricing and reimbursement strategies
- Maintain high standard and level of knowledge and understanding regarding scientific, clinical and commercial developments in the specific diagnostic/disease area(s) of assignment
- Become knowledgeable in healthcare systems across Europe and International.

- Highly organised and self-motivated with strong communication and analytical skills
- Driven to learn about market access, product development and evidence generation to demonstrate the value of our pharmaceutical products to key stakeholders
- Be able to work well in cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining a strong sense of ownership
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite
- Proficient in written and spoken English, other European language knowledge is a plus
