Our Outsourced Employment Services Include:
A completely free recruitment service
All responsibility for the wages, tax, National Insurance of the employee
All responsibility for administration of holidays, sickness & absence
Issuing of contracts of employment and full requirements against the agency working regulations
A dedicated account manager to arrange training and ensure the employees progression in line with the companies requirements
Flexibility around duration of employment should host employer circumstances change
When employing an apprentice, expert advice along the way and a bespoke Apprenticeship Training Plan, detailing the qualifications, training provider and assessments
We have been operating as an employment agency since 2012. We are an approved Apprenticeship Training Agency (ATA) and are quality assured by the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA).
Outsourced employment is available for apprentices, under graduates, post graduates, industrial placements and interns. The distinctive feature of the service is that Cogent Skills employs the individual, taking all the HR and performance management responsibilities, on behalf of the host employer.

The host employer pays the individuals’ wage and a monthly employment fee (a percentage of the individuals’ annual salary) to Cogent Skills.
