The opportunity
Cogent Skills has an exciting opportunity for a Tutor/Assessor to join our Apprenticeship Delivery team, specialising in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement on the Process Leader apprenticeship programme.
You’ll assess competence in the workplace, support learners to build their knowledge and confidence, and inspire apprentices to achieve strong progression and success. You’ll also deliver short courses, either face-to-face or remotely, and ensure fair, consistent assessment in line with quality standards.
