Cogent Skills and Pfizer apprentices, Olivia Appleby and Harry Browne have received Aspire Awards for their work with local school pupils.
Olivia and Harry are both employed by Cogent Skills through our outsourced employment service and hosted by leading biopharmaceutical company, Pfizer.
Olivia is currently on a Level 5 HR Apprenticeship and Harry is studying towards a Level 4 Finance Apprenticeship.
Both Olivia and Harry took time out to attend an event at The Beacon School to discuss their personal experiences and advice around apprenticeships with the school’s Year 12 pupils.
Paula Neal, Skills for Business Relationship Manager at Surrey County Council’s Employment and Skills Board said
I thought Olivia and Harry were excellent… sharing their experiences and advice with year 12s, at The Beacon School. Both came across very articulate, professional and great role models for the pupils.
As recognition for the fantastic feedback Oliva and Harry received, and their dedication to inspiring the next generation of apprentices they both received a Cogent Skills Aspire Award and £25 of Amazon vouchers.
