The British Coatings Federation (BCF) is the trade association for decorative paints, industrial and powder coatings, printing inks and wallcovering manufacturers in the UK – and it has teamed up with Cogent Skills to understand and address barriers to entering the Coatings industry.

We are seeking the views of UK universities to help us:

• understand students’ perceptions of the industry and the barriers they create
• identify ways in which industry and academia can work together more closely
• learn how our industry can develop future talent pipelines
• recognise how the coatings industry can better meet the needs of graduates
